Terms of Service
By using NetDrummers.com online recording services, you (the customer) agree that you understand and are bound by the terms of service listed below.
The 30% deposit, due before recording begins, is nonrefundable.
The first invoice you receive may be subject to change based on your additional request during the session.
The standard rate is $25 for the 3rd and each additional modification. However, NetDrummers.com reserves the right to increase that fee if the modification requires a substantial amount of work.
Shipping and handling fees accrued by NetDrummers.com to mail a CD-R/ DVD-R to you will be added to the final balance of the session.
If you live within the US, you should expect to receive your requested CD-R/ DVD-R within 2-7 business days from the time your balance payment is received by NetDrummers.com.
NetDrummers.com is not responsible for loss or damages caused by using its services.
The customer agrees to refrain from any legal action against NetDrummers.com and its staff due to any damages or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the customer’s use of our recording.
NetDrummers.com reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion and/ or terminate service at any time.
These terms of service may be amended at any time and without notice.
